The first is the Student Registration Form:

To complete this form you will need your USI, or Unique Student Identifier.  This is a life-long number assigned to you by the government when you first start VET training, like your apprenticeship.

There is also a short pre-course assessment. This is not a pass-or-fail assessment. It has 20 questions to help assess your learning, reading, writing, oral and numeracy skills. You can use basic resources such as a calculator, pen and paper, a ruler, and, if needed, a dictionary or translation tool.

Simply read each question and choose the best answer.
